We are very pleased to present the second Annual Report of the North/South Ministerial Council (NSMC). This covers the NSMC’s activities for the year 2001. Established under the terms of the Belfast Agreement of Good Friday 1998, the NSMC brings together representatives of the Northern Ireland Executive and the Irish Government to develop consultation, co-operation and action within the island of Ireland on matters of mutual interest.
