An important focus of the North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) meetings in 2013 was the need to prioritise efforts on economic recovery, job creation, the best use of public funds and the most effective delivery of services for their citizens. During the year there were twenty five meetings of the North South Ministerial Council, twenty two in sectoral format, two in Plenary format and one in Institutional format.
